Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 24 hours and delivered in 48–72 hours across Tunisia. You'll be contacted by phone to confirm your order before it ships.

Shipping cost

A flat delivery fee applies to every order. Delivery is free on orders above 200 DT.

Cash on delivery

Payment is made in cash to the courier when your order arrives. No card or prepayment is required.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the bottle is unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us and we'll arrange the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.
