Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance is sourced and bottled with care, and hand-numbered in small batches.
How do I pay?
All orders are cash on delivery — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Do you deliver everywhere in Tunisia?
Yes, we deliver to all governorates. Delivery takes 48–72 hours after your order is confirmed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Reach out as soon as possible after ordering. As long as it hasn't shipped, we can update or cancel it.
